We build the site at no upfront cost. The $100 a month starts the day it goes live and covers hosting, the security certificate, keeping the site fast and every small change you text us: new photos, new prices, new hours, a new phone number. Most changes are done the same business day. It's month to month, so you can cancel any time.
Own it: $2,000 one time
Pay $1,000 when you approve your quote and $1,000 when you approve the finished site. The domain, the design and the site files are yours, and we hand everything over at launch. Want us to keep hosting it and making your edits? Add the $100 monthly plan whenever you like, and cancel it whenever you like.

On the monthly plan, we own the site's design and code and license it to you while you're on the plan. If you cancel, the site comes down at the end of the month you've paid for, and we transfer your domain to you. Want to keep the site? Buy it outright for $2,000 at any time and it's yours.

Ask, and we'll text you a homepage mockup with your business name and your real reviews on it, free. If you don't like it, delete the text.
A website is step one
A good site turns visitors into calls, but it doesn't bring the visitors by itself. For that, add the Maps plan, or choose Own the Page, which includes the website build. See local SEO for contractors.
Questions about websites
Do I need a website if I'm already on Google Maps?
Yes. Plenty of people tap through to your website before they call, to check photos, prices and whether you're legit. With no site, some of them call the next listing down instead.
Should I choose the monthly plan or buy it outright?
If you'd rather not pay anything up front and want us to handle hosting and edits, choose the monthly plan. If you'd rather own the site outright, choose the $2,000 option. You can switch from monthly to owning at any time by buying the site.
Can you redo my old website?
Yes, on either option. We rebuild it on our setup and point your existing domain at the new site.
Can I edit the site myself?
You don't have to. On the monthly plan, text us the change and we make it. If you own the site, you or your own developer can also edit the files directly.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
The site comes down at the end of the month you've paid for, and we transfer your domain to you free. To keep the site, buy it for $2,000 before your plan ends.
