Local SEO for contractors who want the phone to ring

We work your Google Business Profile, your website and the sites AI tools read, so people in your town find you on Maps, in search and when they ask an AI who to hire.

Local SEO for contractors comes down to three places on the page: the map results, the website results and, more and more, the AI answer at the top. We work all three for your business, using what we've learned ranking our own sites in more than 30 trades.

The two plans

Maps

$500 a month

For contractors with a decent website who want to climb on Google Maps.

  • Google Business Profile tune-up: categories, services, service area, hours, description and photos
  • Weekly posts on your Google Business Profile
  • Your name, address and phone made consistent on Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Facebook, BBB, Nextdoor and the directories for your trade
  • A one-tap review link and text templates for after every job
  • Replies to your new reviews, in your voice
  • A monthly report on calls, map rankings, reviews and AI mentions

Own the Page

$1,000 a month

For contractors who want their name everywhere on the first page: the map, the website results and the AI answer.

  • Everything in the Maps plan
  • Your website, built or rebuilt, with hosting included and no setup fee
  • Two new service or town pages every month
  • Schema markup and entity cleanup, so Google and AI tools know who you are and where you work
  • AI-answer work: FAQ content, the same facts everywhere you're listed, and mentions on sites AI tools read
  • Local links from real sources: suppliers, sponsorships, associations and local news

What it costs

Maps is $500 a month. Own the Page is $1,000 a month. Both are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, start with a three-month minimum and run month to month after that. Neither has a setup fee.

No website yet? Maps works best with one. Add a website from $0 down, or choose Own the Page, which includes it.

What to expect

Maps usually moves first, often within the first one to three months. Website rankings take longer, usually three to six months in a typical town and more in a crowded one. AI answers lean on the same signals: reviews, consistent listings and clear pages.

We don't guarantee rankings. Nobody controls Google, so a guarantee is a guess. What we commit to is the work listed for your plan, every month, and a report that shows what it did.

How you'll know it's working

  • Calls and form leads, counted every month
  • Map rankings checked across your service area, not from one address
  • New reviews and your average rating
  • Website visits and the searches people used to find you
  • Whether ChatGPT, Google's AI answers, Gemini and Perplexity name you

What we need from you

  • Manager access to your Google Business Profile. You stay the owner, and we never need your Google password.
  • Access to your website and domain, or let us build you a site
  • A few job photos a month, texted from your phone
  • Picking up when the phone rings

One contractor per trade, per town

While you're on a monthly plan, we won't work for a competitor in your trade and town, and we won't rent them one of our lead sites. If someone already holds your trade where you work, we'll tell you before you sign anything.

Questions about local SEO

How is this different from buying leads from a marketplace?

Lead marketplaces often sell the same request to several contractors at once. Local SEO builds up your own name, so customers call you directly, and the reviews and listings we build stay yours.

Do you run Google Ads?

No. We focus on what you don't pay for by the click: Google Maps, the regular search results and AI answers.

What's included in AI search optimization?

Making your facts consistent everywhere you're listed, adding structured data and clear FAQ content to your site, and getting you mentioned on the sites AI tools read. Every month we check whether ChatGPT, Google's AI answers, Gemini and Perplexity name you.

Can I cancel?

Yes, after the first three monthly payments. From then on it's month to month, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for.
