Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026 · Luxe Club LLC, New York, United States
This policy explains what personal information Luxe Club LLC collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It covers this website, the local service websites we operate, and our subscription service.
1. Information we collect
1.1 From subscribers (contractors)
- Business name, contact name, email address, telephone number, and business address
- Contractor license or registration numbers and proof of general liability insurance
- Billing history, invoices, and the last four digits and brand of the payment card used
- Correspondence with us by email or telephone
1.2 From members of the public who contact our sites
When someone calls a tracking number or submits a form on one of our local service websites, we collect the name, telephone number, email address, service address or area, and description of the work requested that they provide.
Calls to our tracking numbers may be recorded for quality and record-keeping purposes. Where recording occurs, callers are notified at the start of the call as required by applicable law. Recordings are retained for a limited period and are accessible to us and to the subscriber whose leads they are.
1.3 Automatically
Our websites collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed, through server logs and privacy-respecting analytics. We use this to understand traffic and improve the sites.
2. Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified processor. Card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on, or accessible to, Luxe Club systems. We can see only the card brand, the last four digits, and the transaction record. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
3. How we use information
- To route leads from our websites to the correct subscriber — the core purpose of the service
- To verify subscriber licensing and insurance eligibility
- To bill subscriptions, issue refunds, and keep financial records
- To provide customer support and respond to enquiries
- To operate, secure, and improve our websites
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to operate the business, and only for that purpose:
- The subscriber for your market and trade — lead details from members of the public are passed to the single contractor renting that market, so they can respond to the enquiry. This is the purpose for which the information was submitted.
- Stripe — payment processing
- CallRail — call tracking, routing, and recording
- Vercel — website hosting
- Google — search performance data through Google Search Console
- Professional advisors and authorities — where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims
5. How long we keep information
Lead records and call logs are kept for as long as needed to operate and support the service, and typically no longer than 24 months. Call recordings are kept for a shorter period. Billing and tax records are retained for the period required by United States federal and New York State law, generally seven years. Subscriber account records are deleted on request once no legal retention obligation applies.
6. Security
All of our websites are served exclusively over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Access to lead data, call records, and billing systems is limited to personnel who need it and is protected by strong authentication. Payment card data never touches our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the information we hold.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal retention obligations
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — note that we do not sell personal information
To exercise any of these rights, email michael.jandovitz@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for making a request.
8. Cookies
Our websites use only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party ad networks on our sites. Most browsers allow you to block cookies; our sites remain usable if you do.
9. Children
Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
10. Jurisdiction
Luxe Club LLC operates in the United States, and all information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. Our services are offered only within the United States.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date at the top and, for active subscribers, notify you by email.
