These are exclusive contractor leads. We never split, resell or duplicate them, and we don't sell your trade and territory to a second contractor while you're renting it.
What it costs
Rent is a flat monthly fee for one territory, quoted to you in writing before any charge. No two sites are the same, so rent is set by the value and number of leads a site produces: the trade, the typical job value and how many calls and forms it brings in. The minimum is $300 a month.
- Example, a seasonal trade like sealcoating: $600 a month in season, April through October.
- Off-season retainer: $100 a month holds a seasonal territory from November through March. It's the one exception to the $300 minimum. Or cancel and ask again in spring, if the territory is still open.
- Percentage deals: some territories are offered as a percentage of the jobs you close instead of a flat fee. When that applies, the percentage and how it's billed are in your written quote.
There's no setup fee, no per-lead fee and no long-term contract. Payments run through Stripe and show up on your statement as LUXE CLUB LLC.
How fast it starts
Usually the same day you approve the quote. We point the site's tracking number and contact form at your business, and billing starts the day the leads start, not before.
What we need from you
- Every license your state, county or town requires for the trade, kept current
- Active general liability insurance
- Answering the phone, or calling back fast, because leads go cold within hours
- Honest quotes and lawful dealings with every customer
We check your license and insurance before the first lead arrives.
What we don't do
- We don't do the trade work or stand between you and the customer.
- We don't promise a set number of leads. Demand is seasonal and it varies.
- We don't screen or qualify leads. You get them as they come in.
- We don't transfer the website or the domain. You rent the calls, not the site.

A free trial lead
Sometimes we offer one live lead at no cost, so you can judge the quality first. It's one lead, it expires on the date we give you in writing, and it never turns into a paid plan on its own. No card is collected for it.

Questions about renting
Are the leads really exclusive?
Yes. While you rent a territory, every call and form from that site goes to you alone. If we ever route one of your territory's leads to another contractor, you get that month back and can cancel on the spot.
What happens if a month is slow?
A slow month alone isn't a refund event, because demand is seasonal. If a working site produces zero leads across a full paid month, tell us and we'll credit or refund that month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Send one text or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, with no fee.
